Calm, and competent about it
Calmforge started after watching capable people spend their weeks on manual, repetitive work that had nothing to do with why the business exists. The instinct is usually to hire more help. Often the faster, cheaper answer is automating the work itself — done carefully, and explained in plain language rather than vendor-speak.
That means being direct about trade-offs. Automation is not magic, and not everything should be automated. Being straight about what a tool can and cannot do is part of the job, not a caveat at the bottom of the page.
