What happens to your information.
Short, because there is not much to tell. Calmforge Automation runs no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. The only personal information collected is what you type into the contact form.
The contact form, and nothing else
When you send a message, the form records your name, your email address, the company size you picked, and what you wrote. That is all it asks for and all it keeps.
Submissions are handled by Netlify, which hosts this site, and are forwarded to a Calmforge mailbox. They are used to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. They are never sold, rented or shared for marketing.
- No analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no visitor tracking of any kind on this site.
- No cookies. Nothing is stored in your browser to identify you or follow you between visits.
- Server logs. Netlify keeps standard access logs, including IP addresses, as part of running the site securely.
- Fonts. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads. Nothing else is sent, and no account is required.
Ask and it goes
Inquiries are kept while there is a reason to — an active conversation, or a record of work discussed — and deleted once there is not. If you would like a copy of what is held about you, a correction, or deletion, write to the address below and say so plainly. No particular form of words is needed.
Depending on where you live, you may have a statutory right to access, correct, delete or port your information, and to object to its use. Those rights are honored regardless of where you live.
